I'm doing a low-carb diet and it works very, very well. It's great that you're sticking to complex carbs, as they are much healthier than simple, but if you try reducing the amount you eat for a few days and cut out some sugar, you may be able to break your stall. It's worth a try :)

Dark chocolate (Ghiradelli 86% squares), chicken breasts, ground beef, cheese on cheese on cheese (okay, not that much cheese), and any veggies that look delicious!

What is your intermittent fasting split? I've been doing a 16/8 routine and I absolutely love it! It's essentially just skipping breakfast, which works out well. :)

Although I haven't done a great job of marking it on MFP, I have been drinking close to or more than a gallon of water almost every day for the last two and a half weeks. I have found that drinking cool water vs. cold/ice water makes a huge difference. It also helps if I space it out a bit. Some mornings I will buy a liter…
