I believe it is a disease for some and for others, it is lifestyle choices. For others still, it is a mixture of the two. Food addiction is one that comes to mind. It is very real, as real as any drug or alcohol addiction.

I've been happily married for 32 years. He's my everything!

And I second everything said about NROLFW! I got the book for Christmas and have been using it since. I am somewhat as beginner and it's easy to understand the exercises. I really enjoy it. I don't progress as quickly as most, but I have fibromyalgia and have to progress slowly. There's two MFP groups, that I know of:…

I have fibro too. Anyone is free to add me too.

I am going to *bump* in hopes of some advice. I am halfway through my weight loss. I never had a c-section, but had surgery for ectopic pregnancies that left that same pooch belly. Let's hope someone will share a success!

110 was exactly what I needed to lose! I am down to only, (yeah only lol) needing to lose 50 lbs now. Thank you for the inspiration, you look and must feel, amazing!

Hi everyone! I got the book for Christmas and will be ready to start in a week or so. I just ordered a stability ball, so I have to wait for that to be delivered. I would love to have MFP friends that are also doing NROLFW. More so that we are all at the same basic starting time! I am going to send friend requests to…

I have panic disorder w/ agoraphobia. One of the few places that I can drive myself is to the gym.I know that exercise has helped me. I haven't had a panic attack in months, about the same time that I started to amp up my workouts. And I don't have that overall feeling of anxiety that often comes with panic disorders. I am…

Big congrats to those who lost! I forgot to log my weight here yesterday. I lost two pounds! YAY! I've been struggling with eating healthy and it's shown by the up and down of the scales lately. Just gotta get through the next few weeks and I am golden again. I am in for NYE too. My trainer told me to just focus on…

I have fibromyalgia too. I was diagnosed with it about 26 years ago. Although it was hard at first, the more I can move and exercise, the more energy I seem to have. One exercise that really helps me is water aerobics. You can get in a good workout without hurting your joints. I did that, once a week for almost a year.…

I find that eating a hearty breakfast helps with my night time munchies. Your bio-clock is set to knowing it will not be fed until after you fast during sleep. Once your body knows that you will get substantial food in the morning, you will not be so hungry in the evenings. A small, healthy snack hours after dinner is…
