Lol I am a pure vegetarian aka vegan. I consider myself pretty lax as I do consume products like Tofurky etc. I would never break veganism though!!! Very important cause to me.

Ah, I just started jumping rope. Its hard! My right leg always jumps before my left! I cannot seem to get my left leg to get with the program, then I end up almost ****ing myself and falling face first. Practice makes perfect.

My diet is vegetarian/pescetarian/vegan. Does not make a lot of sense I know. I do not eat meat ,dairy or eggs I do love my raw fish and seafoods though. Mostly I eat a lot of veggies. I am making a cashew & cous cous stuffed zuccini soon. : D

I have been exercising a lot lately... and my period is trying to come like 5 days early. I am on the pill so its kind of blocking that but I wonder if its b/c of my increased exercising and only taking in 1200 calories. I am sure exercising can have both affects on that kind of stuff.

Nice, I will have to check this video out. I do reverse crunches/bicycle crunches now but I need to do more. I read that mountain climbers are really good for that area, so I do thoes now too.

Thanks for the advice. It has been helpful. I just began running for the first time in my life. I can now run on the treadmill for 5 minutes! May not seem like a lot, but it was a feat for me. I also do weight training. Guess I'll just have to keep on and wait to see if it ever goes down.

I am always over sugar : / I have been cutting up on sweets a little... but my main problem is fruit! I am only supposed to get 26 grams of sugar a day and I do not know how to get 3-4 servings of fruit without going over. I try to eat berries which are low in sugar and I've been eating tons of watermelon. It is so hard!!!

I usually do a 20 minute program that emulates climbing a hill. It intervals from 2.5-3.5 and take the incline from 1% and slowly increases to 10%. When I walk without the program I like to steady at 3.5.
