I am a bit overweight, at 192 currently, and I tend to lose between 1.5-2 lbs a week. I know for sure this will slow down when I get to a lower weight though.

I haven't reached my goal yet but the first picture is me at 277 ish, it was at my sons baby shower in March (he was born early, before the shower date). The second picture was taken recently when I was at 200 lbs (about 8 lbs ago).

My favorite kind if Dannon greek light and fit in vanilla. 12g of protein for 80 cals (usually buy tub and eat more then that but thats what the individual cups come in).
