Weight isn't everything

Where to buy good workout clothes

Exercise after a C-Section
I've lost almost 50 lbs since having my child in February strictly on eating better, I am at the point where I would like to start hitting the gym but I am unsure of how to go about it. I know there are some things you should avoid after a C Section but I really don't want to have to stick to walking. Suggestions?
