not to preach, but honestly, pics every 30 days really is a great motivator. either you see progress and are shocked with what you didn't know changed or you don't see any, and you're motivated to get results just my experience

wow, only 5 months? that's a lot of progress

not that machines overall are terrible, but I know they aren't the best because of their limited range of motion. however, when in need of strength training and one doesn't have a partner or the right form, they can be a good crutch to get going in the right direction

not the craziest, but one of the worst I've consumed is called the 'horseshoe,' i suppose it's a semi normal thing at bbq joints it was a texas toast and tator tot base, pulled pork on top, with melted cheese on top of that and plenty of bbq sauce

unless you mean sugar, syrups, creamer, etc, coffee has about 5 calories/ 8oz serving you burn those all by consuming them, so it's practically a negative-calorie drink
