junk food making me sick
I haven't had potato chips in a month or so, and just had about 20 small chips (krunchers, kettle cooked), and i'm feeling kind of woozy and nauseous. not complaining, I hope I am adjusting my taste buds, so I'm no longer craving the same things on the regular basis I used to normally. anyone else have this?

question for those doing or have done p90x
Howdy, I just started p90x (finished chest and back for the first time), and am curious how long it took for you to do the exercises properly and with few or no breaks during the sets. I am big, but athletic, have done plenty of working out in the past, just not in good shape right now. That said, I feel I should be pretty…

7 month progress pics
hey all, I'm of the frame of mind that slow and steady wins the race, so my progress is not of the speedy variety. that said, since february, I've rekindled my desire to get healthy. heavy lifting 3 times/week and mixing in cardio and keeping active with ultimate frisbee a couple hours a week, and being habitually aware of…

your favorite recreational exercise?
i know this isn't hardcore fitness conversation, but curiosity gets the best of me. what do you all like to do, more so for fun than just the physical benefit, exercise-wise? my favorites are racquetball and ultimate frisbee

TUNA: drained vs. in water
Hello all, I get confused when tracking this on my diary...the can of tuna, unopened with water, is 5oz when it's drained, is that 2oz? it seems like a lot of water if it's 3oz worth I don't have a scale, so I just want to double check, if anyone here has had this figured out

i think i pulled a muscle in my back
ugh, lifting thursday, my back was tight, but i didn't think too much of it. all day friday I wasn't in pain, but i was a tad sore. this morning while starting my lift, my back basically seized up, and now I'm stuck in the chair icing it. does anyone know how long it takes for pulled muscles to heal up, typically? and,…

what are your favorite chest exercises?
obviously there are pushups and similar, bench press and simliar. none of those give me the 'afterburn' that tells me I got a good targeted lift in. any exercises you do in particular that really help the pecs and chest? I prefer dumbells to barbells, but am open to both.

nutrtion question for the lifters
for anyone who lifts heavy and has lost a good amount of weight in the process of building muscle, do and have you always kept a diary on here? or is it more of a guideline? I'm considering whether I should just eat when I'm hungry, eat good foods, and forget to log all together, unless I'm just not sure of the quality of…

looking for an accurate caliper
hello, I have been using the gym's hand held BF mechanism, and don't know how much I should trust it for accuracy. I was wondering A) if anyone uses calipers at home, B) if they know whether they are indeed proven more accurate and reliable and C) what, if any, I should look into getting for a budget? thanks

question RE: sedentary, lightly active, etc etc
question for my MFPer friends: for your lifestyle (sedentary, lightly active, mod. active, very active), do you or do you not log your exercise if you are including that in your lifestyle?
