anyone looking for really detailed and scientific weight lifting, cardio, strength training or other exercises and techniques, this website is AWESOME http://www.exrx.net/ it gives anything from neck, back, tricep, calves, shoulders, core, etc and has TONS of great exercises, and visuals to better understand them. It also has ideas for 2, 3 or 4 day splits with logs you can print off and use to keep track of your progress.
