for anyone who lifts heavy and has lost a good amount of weight in the process of building muscle, do and have you always kept a diary on here? or is it more of a guideline? I'm considering whether I should just eat when I'm hungry, eat good foods, and forget to log all together, unless I'm just not sure of the quality of something I'm eating.

Using the food log always helps especially if your lifting. You need to make sure you get enough calories and protein so you don't lose muscle.0
