7 month progress pics

hey all, I'm of the frame of mind that slow and steady wins the race, so my progress is not of the speedy variety. that said, since february, I've rekindled my desire to get healthy. heavy lifting 3 times/week and mixing in cardio and keeping active with ultimate frisbee a couple hours a week, and being habitually aware of my food intake has helped me feel so much healthier and fit.

i'm nowhere near my goal, however there's some good progress to be seen. my 'waist' is down about 6 inches, arms an inch each, hips an inch, and weight down 15 lbs.

anyway, here's a couple of pics from february and then from today. not rambo yet, but definitely seeing some changes
