  • I wake up at 4:00am with the help of the alarm clock, shower and head out to Curves at 5:00. After a half-hour workout, I have coffee with my fellow Curves gals, till it's time for me to go home and get ready to go to work. I have been doing this for nearly 10 years. Of course I'm in bed and asleep by 9:00 at the latest.
  • Bonworth -their clothes mix and match with colors, are reasonablhy priced and generously sized. I have worn them from 193 to 169 pounds and have gone down a size or two.
  • I'm a 9-year member of Curves, and protein is what I've always eaten before a workout -usually a piece of low-fat string cheese. I know I miss it when I forget. I also start at Curves at 5:30am and I"m not about to get up any earlier to have breakfast first!
  • 1 can tuna and 1TBL fat-free mayo or Miracle Whip, on a whole-wheat lite English muiffin = 170 cal and it's filling!
