I like the "Pure Protein" bars and divide it in half and eat one half after working out at the gym. The flavor is quite good although I haven't tried many others. I was looking for one with the least amount of sugar.

I'm having same problem. I have edited my picture four times on my computer, upside down, to both sides and it makes no difference, it still comes out sideways like my profile picture on this post.

I have been on thyroid medication, Levothyroxin, for many years and I have not had any side effects other than losing 8# which I was hoping for anyway, so that was a plus. I have not been on keto or any other diet because of hypothyroidism nor has it been suggested by my dr's.

Under each nutrient at the bottom of the page it lists the # then underneath it says G (small g), so what is that supposed to mean? With all the others, grams makes sense but not so for calcium. Yesterday my # or amount said 58 so according to your comments, that should mean I hit 58% of my daily requirement?

Yes I dry my own fruits, bananas, and apples, no added sugar. They taste so much better than the purchased dried fruit. They always have a chemical taste to them.

I eat Kashi GoLean cereal which has 13g of protein and 10g of fiber. Unfortunately it also has 30 g of carbs. MrsV1983 I looked at this one on Amazon that you mentioned and saw that it was 59. Are they all that expensive, that seemed pretty high to me.
