Sadly, I have only found that riding it out and drinking lots of water works. I wish there was something to take! For some reason whenever I get "glutened" it always seems to hit me at 3am and then I have what I call a gluten hangover the next day.

I love my fitbit! Question though: has anyone experienced it adding in exercise to MFP without you exercising? I haven't gone to the gym yet today and the most active I have been was walking around the grocery store for 30 minutes and it added that I have 399 exercise calories. Not sure what it is counting...

I alternate between: plain greek yogurt (usually Fage) strawberries or blackberries 3/4 cup Enjoy Life Perky's Flax cereal This usually runs about 300 calories Good Food Made Simple has frozen microwaveable Steel cut oats I have this with some raisins 300 cals Eggs, Turkey Bacon and Strawberries

i've been doing the same thing but instead of lettuce I use half of a green or red pepper.

I am having the same issue! I have a jar and any day that I don't have anything but natural sugar, I put a dollar into it. This way I can motivate myself to stay away and save money for new outfits in a few months!
