I was able to get one free from work. I am not sure I would have ever spent that much money on one, but I love it. It is not completely accurate but a good guess and it definitely motivates me to move like nothing else ever has. If something ever happened to the one I have I would buy another.

I completed week 1 day 2. Great job on running 2 minutes. I am pretty sure I run at a turtles pace as well and look funny doing so. That's why I try to get mine in before the sun comes up. :happy:

Completed week 1 day 1. I like to run very early in the morning before the neighbors are wake to see :smile: Challenges for today include a very stressful meeting at work with lots of candy and sweets laying around and a birthday dinner for my niece .

This morning I did 30 minutes walking on the treadmill before I saw this group. Tonight I did some strength training. I also did 10,000 plus steps (a daily goal if mine). Tomorrow week 1 day. From past experience breathing will be my biggest problem with trying to run.

Stayed the same this week. 204. First week of the challenge, but my third week here. I lost 6 pounds the first two weeks and really stuck with my plan. This week slipped back to the old habit of stress eating and carbs. Vowing to get back to it and make this coming week productive. Jennifer
