try researching The 17 day Diet . It's a book written by Dr. Mike Moreno. I am doing it now. It's basically lots of lean protein, lots of veggies, and you get to incorporate 2 servings of fruits a day. After 17 days, there are "cycles" that you alternate. It is helping me with my sugar cravings.

I'm only losing inches so far. It is super frustrating! I'm doing Turbo Fire workouts 6 days a week. If I don't lose any weight soon I may cut my workout down to 5 days and see if that helps. I'm never over my calorie goal. It just very confusing sometimes! Good luck to you :)

Great job! I am a fellow Turbo Fire girl. It's amazing and fun! I have lost about 25 lbs. and two dress sizes. It really does work :)

My favorite workout is Turbo Kick. I take a class 3 times a week at the local YMCA and now I am doing Chalene Johnson's Turbo Fire at home too. Good Luck on your journey :)
