Wow! That is fantastic and inspirational.....exercise is my hardest habit to get into...I have 4 little ones and feel tired and unmotivated all the time....YOU just motivated me to try it ....you look great and show a huge improvement in just 4 weeks! Congrats and keep up the hard work! :o)

That truly blesses me. Thank you. And I know what you mean, my 3 kids keep me so busy but I have decided that I need to do this so I can be the best mom I can be. The benefits of exercise go so far beyond the outward physical ones. You can do it! Also, being able to workout at home helps. The kids even do it with me sometimes.

Amazing results! Keep it up! I must be the one person who tried TF and didn't like it. Anyway, it obviously works for you and you are enjoying it which is the most important thing for stick-to-it-tiveness.

Lol! Well not everything works for everyone right? For example, my hubby is doing P90x & that one works my nerves but so many people love it. We all just have to find what we love & do it.

  • Wow! In just four weeks! I ordered mine a couple of days ago. I hope i'm as successful as you! Thanks for the inspiration!
  • I don't know what to applaud more, your great results or that you possess the great coordination required to do Turbofire.
The first time I turned on one of the HIIT videos, I felt like I was going to fall all over myself.............there's just so much movement going on, and I felt like I was trying to pat my head and rub my belly.

Thanks! Hope your toe heals quickly! The inferno plan is part of Turbofire. It's a 5day workout rotation/1200cal meal plan that is supposed to jump start your progress. It's only 5days because of the low calories of the meal plan. The usual recommend calories for Turbo Fire is much higher than that.

LOL, hilarious. It took me a couple tries for each workout to get the choreography. I had done her Turbo Jam workouts previously so am very familiar with her basic moves so that helped.
