Check out exercise dvds. They come in all fitness levels. Comments so far have been for very active, high impact programs. Hi. I log daily. It's one of the ways I keep myself motivated. I have a larger amount of weight to lose but we are on the same path. Anyone can feel free to add me as a friend. I like providing motivation and receiving it.

My plans for September are to lose 8-10 lbs. I will stay withing my calorie limits and I will continue to use my waling dvd 5 times a week. I'm looking for more MFP friends to motivate and to motivate me. Feel free to send me a friend invite. We can all do this! :happy:

It is definitely possible to do it. I'm 58 years old. Diet and exercise are making a difference.

You are awesome. Use the history of MFP to look at what you ate at multiple points in your journey. Pay attention to your weight at each of these points. Review the NSV's and the thrills of small clothes and new choices related to your successes. This may renew your drive and determination. Good luck!

At this point, I use MFP exclusively. I look forward to the day that I'll see that I've signed into MFP more than 365 days. Currently it is around 30.

I've discovered that I am insulin resistant. As a result I am eating on a modified low glycemic plan. This had made a positive effect on hot flashes and night sweats for me.
