Good morning! I have finished my short DVD workout. It's a 14 minute mile but I'm working up to that. I figure I'll start where I am and I can only get better! Let's all have great day with focus on our goals.

Hi. This sounds like a good place for me to check in. I am definitely over 50 and it would be great to have more friends on MFP. I hope I can figure out how to get back to this topic in the future.

I tried it a couple of months ago. It was good. I cooked a large portion and put the left overs in the freezer in proper portion sizes. It seemed to freeze well and tasted the same after reheating. I'll definitely try it again.

Hi. You're one year ahead of me in age. I've been on MFP since June. I'm trying to reestablish my routine because I had some medical issues recently. I am determined to stay with it. Try something different. Someone one on MFP suggested a couple of strips of bacon with plain oatmeal. It didn't sound good to me but I tried it. I love it. I use low sodium bacon and I liike it so much that I had it for dinner one evening this week. Try it.

I agree with most of the comments above. We are working on the body and I guess we need to work on the mind as well. Don't let the distortion lead to discouragement. Stay strong. The best is yet to come.

I only recently made my diary available to friends. Doing so has given a little boost. I definitely put everything in the diary. I don't see any reason to do otherwise. This is my record of adherence and performance. I need the record to help me when I review previous weeks to get pointers on my successes.
