Two October Challenges

Hey all,

There are a few of us doing October challenges if anyone is interested... You can do one or both

Both of these challenges are pretty basic but are helping to add accountability...

Exercise
We are committing to a certain number of workouts a week.

Fruit/Veg
We are committing to eat the MINIMUM daily recommendation from the FDA for fruits and vegetables

    I've never participated in a challenge before. I am definitely doing this one. How does it work. Do I simply come to this thread and post each day?
