I have the same problem. I find myself hungry a short time after a meal. I am a big dude (6'3" and about 219 lbs.) so I thought maybe that was the problem, but after reading your comments, I wonder. I find myself tempted to munch on things to stay full, but even veggies have SOME calories. Dieting sucks. :P

So, every day I eat out for lunch. I don't bring my lunch... ever. I know, I know... still. Knowing this, can you fitness pals suggest some really healthy foods that I can get at common restaurants? I have a ton of places around me. I work in Southern California. I usually go to sit-down places like Islands, P.F. Changs,…
