Welcome There are some pretty nice and supportive individuals on this site so you are in the right place. Looks like you have already done some positive lifestyle changes so I think you are well on your way to being successful with your weight loss goals .

I have the same issue as I eat a lot of fruit to stay full and love fresh fruit in general. The 1200 cal a day worked for me pretty well but I did have days where I went over. Drinking a lot of tea helps with the cravings.

Please take full advantage of your trainer sessions. Also make sure that they teach you the proper way to use the equipment.

I drink lots of tea during the day which makes me feel full and keeps me from snacking. I also sometimes snack on carrot sticks.

People tend to follow after they have seen results. One of my co-workers did join and is also doing well with the weight lost plan. My husband did join but he lost interest as he does not like calorie counting.

This is a really good post as I have the same issue and have been very frustrated same as yourself:sad:. I do try to keep to my 1200 kals a day and have lost 4 kilos since November; however the puff of fat under the navel is not going away. In order to lose the weight along with the dieting I did lots of cardio however…
