When weighing meat
When weighing meat do you make allowances for the bones? I am mainly asking because of spareribs. I do weigh it but it is more bone than meat.

Having a hart time keeping motivated in summer
ok.. the scale scared me back on track this morning but I am still struggling! I always have such a hard time with my diets in the summer as it is my favorite eating time (Biergarten season) and I have zero motivation to go to the gym. Any advise on how to handle summer dieting?

Do you pay much attention to food categories
What I mean is do you make a big deal of tracking protein, fiber, fat etc. I try my best to keep my calorie goal and most of the time the rest falls into place.
