When weighing meat

When weighing meat do you make allowances for the bones? I am mainly asking because of spareribs. I do weigh it but it is more bone than meat.

Yeah...the weight is for the meat only...this ^^^ is pretty much the only way to do it...this is how I used to do it.0 -

This. You have to weigh it cooked and use the cooked database entries when you do this. (Sorry if too obvious.)0
