I guess I'll clock in as the biggest! I weigh 330 lbs...first time I've ever admitted it *tears*. I've been able to pull off lying about being 250 for the longest but I don't want to deny it or lie about it anymore, because I don't plan to weight this much after today. @BigJimmyU....So do you recommend that I lose the fat first with cardio and then focus on strength...or can a combination of both be done. Just not in excess, right?

You're definitely right, because I've done an hour in the past and look where I am now...starting over. Thanks for the response and advice.
