unfortunately i came down with a major headcold. i feel like i've been hit by a truck. I'm just listening to my body and will be spending the day in bed. But I'll tune into last night's biggest loser for some inspiration. stay well!

All done for tonight!!! Is anyone else struggling with the last strength move in level 2? It's the sit-squat with the fly lift?? It kills my arms and the angle makes me feel nausea. :( But I'm getting it through it, just not liking the move.

I would jump up! Or give yourself heavier weights? I would definitely push myself.. I had to jump up to level 2 because level 1 wasn't doing anything for me after 5 days. Level 2 was way harder and my body was challenged. :D

Just finished!!! I'm grateful I have this space to say that I just finished my workout and somehow that makes me feel great!

The idea of it is 30days in a row, level 1-10 days, level2-10days, level 3-10 days. But I got really bored at day 5 level 1 and I wasn't hard anymore, so I jumped up to level 2 and will do it as long as it remains hard for my body.

The company went to bed and ran to the basement and hit SHRED! Day 8 (day 3 of level 2). It's getting easier!!! And I seriously mean that! No sensations of puking or dying today! :D The fun begins!

I'm doing it everyday, until I feel my body get sore/tired and I'm risky injury. Just listen to your bodies.. if you're body is telling you 'ouch' then take a rest day, maybe just go for a walk. It's good to change it up, so you don't plateau and walking or swimming will work different muscles and keep your body guessing…

Yesterday I had company, and I do again tonight. That always throws the home work-out's off. So I gave myself an 'active rest-day'. I walked for 130min with my company, at a good pace. And tonight I'm hoping to run to the basement after they go to bed to SHRED! Wish me luck!

15 hour work day and then Jillian upon awakening.. I'm impressed!

I just finished Day 7 (day 2 of level 2).. and in all honestly it was easier today. I still felt like I was going to puke by the 3rd strength round, but somehow I made it through! :D

I started level 2 yesterday. I'm sore today! But smiling as I try and run down the stairs and cringe in pain! I agree lots of planks/mountain climbers. I was worried at first because I really stay away from push ups combined with movement (burpee) because I have lower back problems. But I was fine. You can do it! Just take…

I just finished Day 6 of JM Shred-30, but I hopped up to level 2 because level 1 was manageable and I was getting bored. Level 2 is awesome!!
