my husband passed away last year and I was left dealing with depression and anxiety. My weight spiked at 220! A friend recommended we join a gym....Yea....That was the last thing I wanted to do. I was fat, grieving and depressed!!!! But she dragged my butt to the gym every day. started on the treadmill slowly for only 8…

I was put on lithium and gained almost 80 pounds. I demanded they find something else ...and they did. BUT it has taken me three years to lose the weight...Best of luck I know this is a hard struggle.

I thought the same thing. I do an hour of cardio EVERY day with 30 min of weight resistance machines. I did not think I was ever going to lose my belly......then one day I tried on a pair of jeans and realized I had a flat stomach!!!! I almost cried in the dressing room...it seemed like it just happened over night all…

I am trying to maintain.. (although still losing) It has definitely become a way of life and I love that my fitbit and MFP talk to each other and keep me honest! I will continue to use the healthy habits (logging, weighing and measuring foods) as long as I can.

I am not actively trying to lose weight. I am ok with 118 - 120, but I dont want to go any lower. I know its strange but I love to work…

I have used both and prefer the fit bit. It is smaller and easier to conceal under clothing so you can really wear it 24/7. I also like the fact there is no monthly charge and it is linked to MFP. I do not use a HRM

My goal weight is 135-140. I am 5'3. my starting weight was 206. and I'm now 154#s. I am GOING to make it to my goal. I am determined to reach it, and I can visualize myself maintaining that weight if I stay focused. You can do anything you want to do.

Yes, I love mine, and wear it every day all day long. Even when I think I have had a 'good day' my fit bit may tell me otherwise and I need to get out for a walk to get my steps in. I love the fact that it works with MFP. a major decision on why I gave up my body media membership. I no longer have to log all of my…

I'm 5'3'' and 160.3 pounds now. I started at 204. I noted the 0.3 extra pounds because that is how slowly I seem to be losing now. several tenths of a point at a time. SOOOO frustrating. My goal is 135 . I know I have to up my efforts to keep losing the weight, but I seem to struggle with motivation. I need some support…
