haha I'm 5'9" but have always "hidden" my weight well... part of the reason I got so unhealthy in the first place! Thanks for the great comments though :smile:

It's a habit I've worked hard to get into because in my college days eating at night led to bad food choices ("oh, I'll just work it off tomorrow"...) I probably have enough discipline to make the right choices now, but I've noticed the habit has really helped to boost my metabolism.

Bio Oil also worked pretty well for me. It's a bit greasy, but I noticed a difference in their appearance within about 3 weeks.
