Red wine isn't terrible for you... or at least that's my wishful thinking talking :laugh: I often drink vodka and Citrus Perrier. I add a little Stevia if I need something sweet. Only 80 calories or so if you use one shot. Cheers! :drinker:

My very, very simple favorite: Organic baby spinach, organic strawberries, grilled chicken breast, Walden Farms sugar-free balsamic vinaigrette - minutes to prepare (I grill my chicken on a George Foreman grill :happy:) and super flavorful!

My weight gets "hidden" a bit better than most since I'm 5'9"... now I'm mostly focused on toning everything up!
