I notice the extra attention, and honestly I like it. I was overweight and FAT all my life and I deserve the extra attention I get. My wife on the other hands HATES IT. I also get extra attention from the wife too HAHA.

you are not drinking enough water. Your body is holding water weight trying to hydrate you and your muscles! You need to TRY and drink a GALLON of water a day! YES A GALLON. Continue to go to the gym! hope this helps
