Sweetie, you have absolutely no need to apoloise at all. Im just getting into MFP and as you rightfully say, Im a little confused with if I have/havent gone over my goal. Please do not feel you can not give me your help and opinion, as giving it me led me to writing this post and get all this advise. Please keep supporting…

maybe im not giving myself enough credit for the effort then as 60 mins swim was 527, but this was using the figure from MFP. I walked to and from swimming which was 20 mins and a burn of 136 on my HRM. I also took a walk to the super market which 29 mins there and burn of 235 and 31 mins back and burn of 265. I turned my…

thank you, this makes sense. The calorie burn was yesterday and only given as an example as a comment when i logged my diary prompted me to add this post. The average is 1/2 - 1 hour walk and 1 hour swim and by burn is sometimes only 500 :)

1000 is not what i burn every day.....but i swim for 1 hour and walk also with a HRM for a good hour im 5ft 1/2 inch and 166lb so for my height im pretty heavy

My BMR is about 1485 and my TDEE was 1778 when i wasnt doing any exercise but is 2297 if i regularly do exercise at a moderate level. I dont really know much about eithewr of these things…

No not everyday......sometimes only 500. I believe my BMR is 1485 :)

This was part of where i get so confused as i think id probably rather not exercise than eat more than i want :(
-
Yes that makes sense, Thank you :)

This is sort of what I am doing. I am having more than 1200 if I want them but mostly I dont. I feel better than I have done in a long time! I understand the replys on here saying I should eat more and I will try to increase my daily intake. The post above made me feel better about things though so thank you :)

I swam for 60 mins which was at a leisurely pass and used the calculation of 527 calories off MFP. The rest was walking and I wore a heart rate monitor. Thanks for the advice :)

Thank you for the advise
