  • Drink lots of water to stop the hunger feeling and then do some exercise, if you haven't really eaten that much over your alloted calories then maybe you shouldn't worry, I suppose it depends on if that would make you feel crappy tomorrow. Do what is best for your long-term goal!

  • yeh I heard it's best to weigh in the morning too the same day each week is what I try to do. I find there are slight descrepencies between the mechanical scales at the gym and the electronic ones at home, does anyone else find this? which one is likely to be more reliable?

  • I drink green tea and have recently started having white tea, which is very fresh and delicate, apparently more health benefits than green tea. Rooibos (or red bush) is also very nice and is supposed to have a lot of antioxidents.
