Yep I've started buying things in my goal size. I'm about 5kgs from my goal weight now and have some nice things i can wear when I get there. Not going overboard buying things though because I would have to try things on to make sure they suit my new shape :-)

LOL I'm in Oz and I have 2 sets of measuring spoons. One has a 20mL tbsp The other has a 25mL tbsp. Maybe I should try and find a set with a 15mL and complete my set :laugh:

Definitley wear a singlet underneath. You could use a nipple cream(for breastfeeding) at night while you sleep most are lanolin and a very sticky and can stain so wear a shirt you don't mind ruining.

Haven't read the replies so sorry if someone has said this. There is an android app(Free). "Sleep Bot" or "Sleep Tracker"? Anyways it tracks your sleep so that it wakes you in your light sleep as close to your ideal wake up time as it can. You then have to do a wakeness test. Something like find the sheep or simple math.…

Has she tried epilating? If she has been waxing this might be an option she would be willing to try? Kinder to the skin than waxing. No chemicals, just lots of little tweezers :-)

I know someone with something similiar.. Very time consuming and fiddly. I personally wouldn't spend that much money on a DIY beauty item.
