I have just started the 1000 minutes challenge today and am new on here. I did today 60 mins of jogging, 20 mins of biking riding, 50 mins of walking, 120mins of housework, 20 mins of weights. Total for today is 270mins

Hi Katie, good luck and you are doing really good. Me l have just joined this site today to keep track of my calories and my activity that l do a day. I had no idea that l was burning so many calories a day as l am doing 2 hours of activity a day plus with running after 3 kids as well. Was very surprised.
