I agree. I haven't cut anything from my diet really. I just incorporate more veggies & fruits and eat the fatty/greasy foods in moderation. I have managed to loose 43 lbs by just doing that.

I too eat the yogurt and banana during the weekdays. I try mixing up yogurt so that it doesn't become repetitive. On the weekends when I have more time I get more creative. I will also but those Jimmy Dean's Delight Turkey sausage,egg white & cheese muffin, they are good for being microwaveable.

My hair. I have a lot of co-workers who are always complementing my hair on how thick it is, long & healthy. I had it cur & donated it to Locks of love a few months ago and some were sad but now that it's getting long again the compliments are finding their way back.

I am actually doing both. I track here and I track on WW finding that they are about the same. However when I stayed away from WW I found that I wasn't accountable and MFP is good for trecking and much easier to use. Also this website is so user friendly.

I am 5'3". Started my weight less journey August 2011 @ 213 lbs. Hit a plateau in February 2012 @ 170 lbs. Restarted December 29 2012 @ 184 lbs. My current weight is 177.8 per scale at doctor's office. My official weigh in's are every Saturday morning. SW: 213 CW: 177 GW: 150

I have to agree. I have a large body frame (wide) for being 5'3" and I cannot get to any size lower than a size 10. My body plateaus and does not budge no matter how hard I push. I love food and I love to eat it. Especially Taco Bell, I know a lot of people think it's nasty but I love it.
