I will definitely use the app more now than the computer for day to day tracking.

Go to dairy, then add food, select breakfast, then there is a sqaure with a squigly line in the top right corner this is the scanner. The barcode lines need to be like this IIIIIIII and the scanner line the opposite way. Thanks for that I will keep an eye out for the small differences.

Don't be disheartened at 1lb a week, that's amazing and easy to stick to. Plus 1lb a week works out at 4 stone in a year (minus 4lbs.) Look at the big picture rather than being upset at the weekly weigh change.

I have a day like that about every 10 days and I figure my body is craving the food I'm depriving it of to lose weight. My food is 1390 a day, but I allow myself 1800 if I had a carb craving day.
