UK folk what is your height, weight , dress size
Was just reading the same thing but the sizes were US sizes. Give people an idea of what size they could be when losing: 5ft7 SW 251 Size 20/22 CW 205.5 size 16 just!

Did Race for Life yay
I have wanted to do the Race for Life for about 7 years and my weight stopped me as even walking made me breathless. I am only haflway towards my first weight loss target so I thought I would share my success of actually doing the race instead,. Profile pic is me at the event yesterday.

App Barcode scanner, brilliant
I have just read about the barcode scanner on the phone App, just tried it and it's brilliant I normally spend ages trying to find new food I eat. Now I can scan it before I open it, amazing.
