I was always the fattest friend. Now the second fattest friend is super threatened and upset by my weight loss because she has gone in the opposite direction at the same time. I have this problem, but believe we won't be friends much longer because she can't handle being the fat friend now.

Agree with this.. if you feel deprived you could binge and ruin the good work. Enjoy a little of what you fancy and try stay within your daily cals.

Well done on the bike ride, remember why you started and just think you may be feeling how you do why your body stores water to recover from the mammoth exercise. You will get back to it and remember we all have days when we don't won't to follow the plan, but keep going and your mojo will return :wink:

My clothes have become more fitted and slightly shorter, but were talking sitting on the knee and before they were calf length. It was only when I started wearing more fitted stuff that people noticed the weight loss x

I started January 2013 so 9.5 months although last couple of months I've had losses maintains and small gains. I lost an average of about 1.25lb per week. Good luck to you :0)

Left the house!!! I had become a complete recluse and avoided anything and anyone other than going to work. 1. Eat when your hungry 2. Stop when you start to feel full 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Log everything honestly 5. Enjoy the odd day of maintenance cals to stop you binging and don't feel guilty about it

I started in a UK 22 and it took Approx 20lbs to get into an 20 Approx 16lbs to get to an 18 Approx 12lbs can get most 16s on some fit perfect and some snug. So it has been a lot easier the more I lost but if you are bigger you lose the fat inside around your organs first. I'm currently 205.5

Eat slowly and stop eating the minute you start to feel full. This is what I found hardest, but does automatically reduce calorie intake.
