I'm 5ft7 and gone from a UK 36g/ff to a 36f, since I lost the weight I think they look and more shapely. But, they have been 36f for at least the last stone.

I think the short 5 or 7 really suits your face shape and it is a complete change from what you have. It wouldn't take long to grow back if you decided you didn't like it. well done on the weight loss.

I have started to plateau and my friend (who has lost 4 stone) told me to change my food routine, so if you normally have your big meal for tea try having your big meal for breakfast and eat lighter at tea time etc. As your body gets used to your routine. Also every 2 or 3 weeks have 1 massive meal that makes you feel…

OMG, this has been happening to me for about the last half stone lost. Driving me mad, had the same hair for over a year. I know I am doing this for myself, but wish someone who doesn't know I'm losing weight would notice.

No problem, the guilt of doing that to my new husband gave me the push to change my lifestyle. He would be downstairs and shout up to me are you nearly ready and I would be no and don't come up or it will take me another hour. We have missed so many nights out like you arrived last so many times to gatherings that the…

I remember the night I hit the fat wall. New Year's Eve 2012 when I missed 4 hours of the night and ended up not going out until 10pm (instead of 6pm) because everything I tried on looked hideous and I spent a good 2 hours crying on the bed.

Ryvita with low fat cottage or cream cheese.

I will snack right up until an hour before bed, but it will only be a couple of slices of ham, a crispbread and cream cheese or low fat hot chocolate if I am having a sweet tooth craving. Just don't eat a 3 course dinner and keep within your daily allowance. If your regularly want a snack make sure you allow 100 calories…

Same here, mine stayed same size but look bigger.

Enjoy what you had and start again in the morning we all have off days, allow yourself an extra 500 calories for that one day if you really feel a binge coming on.
