Was just reading the same thing but the sizes were US sizes.

Give people an idea of what size they could be when losing:

    my waist would fit in a 10 but my baby belly after 6 kids won't, so I spend all day pulling up my trousers lol.

    Size: 8 - 10 (mainly 8, occasionally a 10)

    Back in January, started off at 200 lbs+, 14st 4lbs
    Size: 16 - 18 (was kidding myself - only very large 16s would fit!)

    It's really hard adjusting to shopping for a different size. I buy too big clothes all the time and each shop is slightly different so it's tricky to know what will fit anyway!
