No, I don't tire of it. It is just part of my new life style. Logging is so important. It is vital to keeping on track, at least for me, and especially while I'm still losing. I have another 20 to go to reach my 100 pound loss goal.

I was probably around 200 when fitting in XL. I'm 5'8". I'm now I am in size 16/14 and 182.

Hurricane bands put a damper in my run today, but I will be sure to get my goal in by the 31st. (50 miles)

I wake up, have coffee, then half later, walk the dogs for 1/2 hour, then run for 45 minutes. So, to answer you question, it is about 2 hours after waking. :)

LOL! We all do this! AND further knock ourselves by counting how many calories we sucked in. Just keep in mind you would have had to eat 3500 calories extra to put on 1 pound. That's a lot of calories...a few Big Macs. So just put it behind you and tomorrow is a new day. We've all been there! Glad you are on MFP!
