I just entered the recipe with a variation of ingredients...to reduce sodium content: 3/4 cup whole wheat cake flour 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp low sodium baking powder 1/2 cup liquid egg whites This entire mix is 144 calories, so I just consider it a single serving mix, and will eat it all! I'm sure you can use whatever filling you desire. I've tried it with no sugar added apple pie filling, but it wasn't as tasty to me. Those juicy cherries just fit the billing!

I only use my Polar FT7 for arobic exercises. If one is putting down their entire day's calorie use per their HRM that they wore all day, then I don't believe they are doing themselves a favor. MFP considers (in their calcs) that one has a base calorie need for just walking around, sitting, etc.

Love C25K! I finished it a couple months ago, and have registered for a triathlon in October, plus two 5Ks. I now run 3miles 4X a week. Great program! I used the Ipod app, so a voice prompts you when to start, stop, etc. Love it! Congrats on completing Week 1!
