I sometime make an espresso and add 1 cup of milk and warm everything up. That's the only way I will drink milk in the day. I used to put a cube of sugar in it but stopped after a while. I am thinking one morning I will try to add a little bit of molasses, just to see how it tastes.

I suggest you look at soscuisine.com they offer meal plans following all the guidelines from many governmental and health agencies.
