May I ask how much you are aiming at for your daily intake? you may add some calories at lunch to keep energized for your daily activities and lower the intake at dinner time. you can develop a routine: jumping jacks, squats, wall sits, alternating lunges, jumping lunges, frog jumps, calf raises, some bicycle abs, other kind of abs, etc. You don't need much space for that and you can make it as intense as you want.

Why replacing flax seeds by oatmeal?? For the texture? Flax seeds are full of good stuff. In the best case, you could probably keep both ingredients, for the texture and the nutrients :)

I own 3 or 4. On some days one will not fit well but the other ones will. What matters the most is to have a bikini (and clothes in general) that fits well, no matter what size we are.
