Thanks for the idea of nuts. I'm not really crazy about them but could have enough to up my calories. I was shocked to see how high my sodium intake was especially since I never use/cook with salt and i don't eat frozen foods. I did find lots of sodium in my salad dressing and in my reduced fat crumbled blue cheese. I will…

I just came across the Speedo site the other day. As for now, I'm working on distance for an open water swim. Pretty much swimming 2 miles 3 times a week. When that is easier for me, I would love to do some of the workouts and be on your team Cris

Hope these ideas help Breakfast oatmeal with peanut butter and a piece of fruit banana, 3 wasa crackers with a tbs peanut butter Lunch Make a soup filled with veggies and beans..or chicken if you like..very healthy, filling, and cheap. Ok...so count me in for way too large calves...they are hereditary...yes Lace up boots are about the only boots I can wear...and...forget about skinny jeans..lol Although I'm not thrilled with my calves, they are mostly muscle now and i wish I could say the same for my stomach!

Sarah Hi...welcome!! Congrats on doing your two miles and in a great time! I'm still not able to swim 2 miles straight. Today I swam 72 laps (1 mile in 25 yard pool). And then I broke up the second mile with swimming, pulling and kicking. It took me 65 min. Looking forward to sharing swimming stories/support with you Cris

Hi I've never done Jenny Craig, so no comment on program. I'm currently a weight watchers member and it along with excercise is working for me. I do think that a change would be good for you but just realize that your motivation to stay on program will equal your success...good luck...feel free to friend me if you want!
