I set out this month to Swim 20 miles Bike. 40 miles Walk/run 100 miles Total. 160 miles I'm excited to say that I have completed all of my miles! Along with the miles I completed the C25K...lost 5 lbs and 7 inches and I'm sure I gained some muscles. This is a wonderful challenge...thanks for taking the time to set it up…

I wore my Polar FT7 for the first time today. The calories I burned we're much less than MFP especially for swimming. However I wore it for gardening today and it gave me over 600 calories..yeah!

Hi all Today I swam 1.5 miles and ran/walked 3.5 miles. The best part of my day was graduating from the C25K program....yeah Inching closer to my goal here! Completed 141.5 of 160 miles

Great program...I just did week 8 day 2 today...i never was a runner in my life. If I can do it at 50...anyone with determination can..best of luck to you! Enjoy your runs!

Congrats to you! I know exactly how you feel. I think that once you start running 20 minutes it really begins to be more mental than physical. I just completed W8D2 and only two more days till I'm finished. C25K is a GREAT program and I think that anyone who has the determination to run can. If I can at 50...anyone can!…

I joined a challenge and commited to doing a certain amount of exercise in April. This helped me stay focused. The name of the challenge was move your @ss in April. I'm sure they will be doing another challenge for May

I think freestyle burns more calories but breaststroke is better for shaping your thigh muscles...just my opinion :D
