Hi all you a@@ movers!! Today I swam 1.5 miles...jogged/walked 6 miles...biked 5 miles. I also completed day 1 of week 7 of C25k and I'm do happy because I had to redo this day but finally got it done! Almost 1/2 way to goal...woohoo 79 completed of my 160

Hi all Swam 1 mile and jogged/walked 3.5. I'm getting behind on my swim miles and find those harder to catch up on. Guess I will have to find a way to move my @ss quicker and farther..lol Completed 66.5 of 160

Vegan...thanks for all your tips..I just bought Agave for a new recipe..thanks for the oatmeal tip. Breakfast is hard for me. I can't really eat more than a banana before I hit the gym and then I rush to work so I usually eat the rest of my breakfast in the car. My client can't really eat (very sick) and I don't eat around…

I have never liked any powders that are mixed with water or milk, although I have never tried a protein powder I was assuming it would be the same. That is why I wanted to mix with fruit. Thanks for your help

Oh..I always compete with the people who swim..the funny thing is most of them have no idea. I can race with someone 5 lanes away. It's always a lot of fun and keeps me from getting bored swimming my 2 miles. As I pass them I smile but only I can see it. Lots of fun for me!
