I'm usually 6 days a week also. Sometimes I work out twice a day. Longest day total would be 90 min. I think that every ones journey is different. I swim 4 times a week (for 60 minutes/2 miles) as well as walk/run and bike ride. I have never been hungrier after swimming than any other form of exercise.

I love to swim and I do it because I love it! i'm not sure if it has helped me lose weight but i'm sure it has helped me lose inches. Anyone who swims....feel free to friend me! Hope every day is a swim day! Lol

My husband would never go to the gym. I have always gone alone. It was a little difficult at first but once you have been going for a few weeks, it becomes habit! Do this for yourself..Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend for support! Cris

Thanks all for sharing your stories. I am now on day 2 of not smoking. WOW..this is difficult. I can't use any aids because of allergies. Hoping Day 3 is better than Day 2! I keep telling myself...I CAN DO THIS!!!
