Hi everyone....i started my journey in january. i am down between 10-15 lbs depending on the day and i know i should be proud of that success and i am but i just cant see to find my mojo. i have been watching what im eating but not working out for about the last month. before that i was doing great. My hubby and i are going to try insanity but he wants to wait a month he is quitting smoking and want to give his body time to adjust. I think it is just a delay tactic (he does these alot when it comes to commiting to quitting smoking) i just cant seem to get into the working out thing again and i know i need to before i start insanity.
i guess i need a kick in the butt. what im not sure but i need one. can anyone help...any suggestions. Anyone else on here hit this issue? if so how did you get back on track. i have over 100 lbs to lose. i am a stay at home mom to three a 9 month old (teething and starting to walk and into everything) a high maitenance 4 1/2 year old and a high maitenance 16 1/2 year old with behavior issues. All boys. I love my kids but i am constantly drained....
so i guess im looking for suggestions or motivation or something.
thanks for listening!

Hi!
You can always add me as a friend! Don't wait around for your husband to decide to do anything! Start this on your own! I started back in February and I have lost around 18 lbs. I am big into exercise and I can tell you..it makes you feel better and will give you more energy for the day!
