  • Thanks all Being a newbie, I had my height wrong by 2cm and 1 lbs is only 0.45kg, so changed it to 2lbs to lose each week, and now my calories are coming in almost exactly. If I leave it to the recommended 1lbs a week weight loss, I still have anywhere from 500 to 900 calories left over.
