green tea is really healthy. the antioxidants make it amazing for you, and drinking lots does not make you sketchy like drinking coffee does. how about having a protein rich smoothie after your run? you can do something with yogurt, your fave fruits, and maybe some additional protein powder? have a handful of almonds on the side. yes. i mean icant tell on clothes that I have gained, everything fits the same, i can tell a bit on my face.. but i also know that i did party and consume a lot more alcohol in the last couple of weeks, and did go out to restaus all the time. ...... i will pull myself together... i will.

oh i dont judge skinny or fit ppl at the gym. I love the motivation of some slamming bodies at the gym. I do judge the makeupped cell phone talking boyflirting ones... and wearing make up to the gym... isn't that counterproductive??? i would hate to have mascara running down my face....

the thing is, sometimes there is a period in my life when I REALLY hate the way i look, and 2 years later look at fotos and realize that I looked GREAT :(

ppl w a full face of make up, butt shorts and their cellphone make me laugh at the gym. Not to mention that while I do about 10 things in my sweaty tshirt, they are leisurely walking up the stairmaster while reading fashion mags. What a waste of time.
